If there's one thing you can say about Loudoun County, it's that we love our craft beer. We love making it, we love drinking it, and we love sharing it with good friends. When the idea starting brewing (pun intended) to throw a festival featuring only Loudoun County breweries, we knew we had to go the extra mile and do something really special. And so, LoCollaboration was born. On September 8th, the brewers from Adroit Theory, B Chord, Barnhouse, Belly Love, Beltway, Corcoran, Crooked Run, Dirt Farm, Lost Rhino, Mad Horse, MacDowell Brew Kitchen, Ocelot, Old Ox, Old 690, and Quattro Goomba's, convened at Old Ox Brewery to get to work. As you can imagine, the vibe was just amazing. There is a lot of mutual respect, friendship, and camaraderie in the Loudoun County brewing scene and it was great to spend a day together doing what we love, which is making amazing beer for YOU, our friends and neighbors. LoCollaboration will be released at the LoCo Brewfest, October 24th, 2015. Get your tickets here and raise your glass with us in celebration of great, local, craft beer. We hope you enjoy drinking this tasty brew as much as we enjoyed making it! Cheers friends!
LoCollaboration Harvest Amber Ale - A beautifully balanced harvest amber ale with toasted malt characteristics and a light caramel sweetness. Delicate citrus hop notes and a light bitterness perfectly balance the malty sweetness.
