Get a peek behind the scenes of the brew day for Sumatran Solstice Imperial Brown Ale. This marks a milestone for us as it was our 1,000th batch brewed. It is named in honor of the Sumatran Brown Rhino and the winter solstice, which is the day it was brewed. Raise a glass and celebrate with us!
Brewed in the dead of winter, January 2015, this bold Imperial Stout has been a year in the making. Stashed away in the dark recesses of our barrel room, this beer aged to perfection in American oak whiskey barrels for 279 days.
The best part of what we do is sharing it with you! All in "A Day's Work".
