Beers On Tap
as of : March 5th
Rhino Chasers Pilsner
Bohemian Pilsner | 5.6% ABV, 45 IBU
With a rich and dense creamy head, this crisp golden lager is clean and refreshing. Premium Pilsner and Munich malts generate a malty-sweet backbone, but the hops really make this brew stand out. US grown Hallertau and Saaz hops give rise to the spicy hop flavor and fresh aromas in this beer. Uncluttered and sharp, our pilsner relies on the basics of lager brewing: great water, excellent ingredients, solid brewing practices, and lots of patience.
New River Pale Ale
American Pale Ale | 5.4% ABV, 34 IBU
Three hop additions in the boil and gloriously dry hopped; New River is an extremely aromatic American-style pale ale. The use of American Crystal and Munich malts create sweetness in the finish, balancing the hop bitterness nicely. Our blend of Pacific Northwest hops (Amarillo, Cascade, Columbus, and Centennial) generates lemony, citrusy and piney aromas and flavors, with a touch of sweet tropical fruit.
Holy Brew Brown
Belgian-Style Brown Ale | 7.5% ABV, 24 IBU
A Belgian-style brown ale, fermented with an original Trappist strain isolated in-house. This strain, believed to be derived from the famous Westvleteren Monastery, gives this beer a fantastic aroma and complex, fruity flavor. Brewed with Caramel malts and Belgian Candy sugar, resulting in a very complex maltiness, in close harmony with the yeast derived aromas and flavor.
Bohemian Pilsner | 5.6% ABV, 42 IBU
Zlaty Rhino is an American interpretation of a classic Bohemian-style Pilsner, which takes its name from the Czech word for "Golden". Brewed with imported floor-malted Bohemian spring barley (the Tolar and Bojos varieties) and 100% Czech Saaz hops, this beer brings a balance of malty sweetness and delicate bitterness, thanks to the use of a painstaking decoction mash schedule and long kettle boil. Modeled after the beer that won first prize in the inaugural Pilsner Urquell Master Homebrewer competition in Washington, DC in 2011, this is an easy-drinking beer for the warmer days ahead. As the Czechs say, "Na zdraví!"
Unfiltered Amber Lager | 4.5% ABV, 28 IBU
Brewed in the California Common Style, this light amber brew has the unique flavor of a warm fermented lager and Pacific Northwest hop. In the 19th Century, California brewers were unable to control fermentation temperatures so; they were obliged to use their lager yeast at temperatures warmer than customary for traditional lager.
Imperial India Pale Ale | 9.2% ABV, 99 IBU
With double the malt and triple the hops, powerful flavor and rich color, this ale soars over a standard IPA. Columbus and Amarillo hops provide the intense bitterness and aroma. Pale and Crystal malts contribute sweetness to the Citrusy hop attack. Drink with caution.
Face Plant IPA
India Pale Ale | 6.2% ABV, 65 IBU
The flavor of whole cone Cascade and Centennial Hops is the dominating factor in this American-style IPA. A pleasant bitterness is generated by multiple kettle additions, but the array of hop flavors and aromas present in this beer is mainly generated by the use of our hop back. Filled to the rim, this massive whole-cone hop addition squeezes all the aroma and flavor out of these american hops without creating extra bitterness. This unfiltered amber ale has a penetrating herbal mouth feel, and a pleasing floral nose balanced by Pale, Vienna, and Crystal malts.
2200 lbs of Sin
Barley Wine | 9% ABV, 89 IBU
2200lbs of Sin is a barley wine that plays with American Pale Ale, along with Munich and Crystal malts to create a full bodied beer with luscious curves. The erect hop profile from Chinook, Cascade, and US Goldings causes a Flehmen response of impending ecstasy. You’ll find yourself horny as a rhino after one sip.
